Solution Most problems accessing the MP3 files are because the right software has not been installed. A list of downloads that will allow your machine to play the MP3 files is provided in the Downloads section of this support suite, all are free to download:

Some people may find it easier to save a copy of the file to their hard drive and access it from there, rather than trying to stream it. If you are experiencing problems accessing the files directly from the website, try saving a copy to your hard drive first:

PC:

Right-click on the link, and select "save as"

MAC:

Ctrl + click on the link, and select "save"
