	Is it OK to do more than one lesson per day?

Solution The answer is "definitely not."

There are a number of reasons why people should do the course checklist exactly as it's been lined up for you. In general though, if you want to consciously change yourself, it takes time. External major events can change us in a heartbeat, but we need time if we do it ourselves!
